Analysis of gene expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) following photodynamic therapy in human gingival fibroblasts

Our results suggest PDT is effective in increasing the expression of bFGF gene, an important factor in periodontal tissue regeneration and could indicate periodontal tissue regeneration.
