A structured approach to Exposure Based Waiving of human health endpoints under REACH developed in the OSIRIS project

► We developed a decision tree for Exposure Based Waiving in REACH for human health. ► The tree uses fixed criteria and illustrative guidance to guide the user. ► For quantitative assessment (draft) Thresholds of Toxicological Concern are used. ► The tool is built into a webtool on integrated testing strategies.
