- In utero exposure to DEHP decreases the proestrus steroid surge.
- FSH serum levels are increased at proestrus and estrus.
- Theca cell layer thickness is decreased in the ovary.
- DEHP does not affect the classic steroidogenic pathway.
- Morphometric abnormalities are seen in the F3 generation.
