Studying three phase contact in the system air/DMPC water dispersion/silica

- We study wetting of hydrophilic quartz surfaces with DMPC dispersion.
- TPC parameters are determined.
- Two case of adsorption are observed distinctly.
- Surface adsorption at the solid-liquid interface is significantly lower than the other two.
- The larger adsorption of the solid-gas surface is also in accordance to the mechanism of the coating layer.
