Controllable self-assembly of an amphiphilic drug with β-cyclodextrin and α-amylase

We present a host-guest approach to construct enzyme-triggered assembly system on the basis of drug-cyclodextrin complexes and α-amylase. The enzyme-responsive system included the reversible control of formation and disruption of vesicles.
