Dilational rheology of polymer/surfactant mixtures at water/hexane interface

► We studied the formation of surface active complexes of PAH and SDS. ► Surface active complexes adsorb at the water/oil interfaces. ► Properties are quantified by interfacial tension, dilational rheology measurement. ► Dilational visco-elasticity depends on concentrations and mixing ratio. ► Dilational elasticity changes are linked with destruction of 2D structures.
