Central auditory processing impairment in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy

►Temporal lobe epilepsy induces impairment of auditory temporal processing. ►The longer the duration of epilepsy, the greater is the impairment in central auditory processing. ►Temporal processing was worse in patients with hippocampal sclerosis.
