چکیده انگلیسی
► MRI analysis of whole brain and specific regions was performed in two EAE models. ► Multiple brain regions are affected in chronic and in relapsing-remitting EAE. ► Macromolecular loss and structural CNS damage are typical mainly to chronic EAE. ► Glatiramer acetate (GA) treatment improved the MRI parameters: T2, MTR and ADC. ► MRI restoration and oligodendrocyte proliferation indicate neuroprotection by GA.
