Casein kinase 2-interacting protein-1, an inflammatory signaling molecule interferes with TNF reverse signaling in human model cells

- TNF reverse signaling triggered translocation of CKIP-1, while CKIP-1-mediated activation was inhibited.
- CKIP-1 expression counteracted TNF reverse signaling induced apoptosis.
- CKIP-1 is proposed as a candidate for regulating the fate of mTNF expressing cells.
