Combination of monoclonal antibodies with DST inhibits accelerated rejection mediated by memory T cells to induce long-lived heart allograft acceptance in mice

► Long-lived heart allograft acceptance was induced in adoptive transfer mice model. ► The protective effects of treatments on grafts were evaluated. ► Expansion of Tm in recipients and CD8+ T cells intragraft were reduced. ► Tregs in spleen were enhanced. ► Thus four antibodies and DST can synergistically inhibit accelerated rejection.
