Predicting renal graft failure by sCD30 levels and de novo HLA antibodies at 1Â year post-transplantation

►sCD30 and HLA antibody were detected at 1 year posttransplant simultaneously. ►De novo HLA antibodies, especially DSA, had a detrimental effect on graft survival. ►There is also a detrimental effect of high sCD30 level (≥ 50 U/mL) on graft survival. ►The detrimental effects of the two parameters are independent and additive. ►Post-transplantation monitoring of the two parameters is necessary.
