- Wolbachia was not found in salivary glands of Ae. albopictus.
- Fecundity was higher for Wolbachia infected colony.
- Male lifespan was significantly higher for Wolbachia uninfected colony.
- Wolbachia have developed symbiotic relationship with the host reproductive system.
