IgG anti-toxoplasma antibodies among asymptomatic HIV-infected patients in Marrakesh-Morocco

► We assessed the IgG anti-T. gondii in asymptomatic HIV-infected adults. ► The seroprevalence of latent T. gondii infection was 62.1%. ► This prevalence is high compared to most other countries.
