Development of a loop-mediated isothermal amplification method for rapid detection of porcine boca-like virus

► This study describes the development of a Pbo-likeV LAMP assay. ► The assay is highly sensitive, simple, specific and time-saving. ► The test results can be visualized using a fluorescent dye. ► LAMP does not require any specialized equipment. ► The assay can detect Pbo-likeV both in the laboratory and in the field.
