MRI in diagnosis of pathological complete response in breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

After NAC, the original tumor area still had residual enhancement which may be misdiagnosed to be residual tumor with the current standard. Under the new standards it can effectively be correctly identified as pCR. And the pathological analysis ensured the diagnosis of pCR after surgery.
