Expression of CaV3.2 T-type Ca2+ channels in a subpopulation of retinal type-3 cone bipolar cells

► CaV3.2 Ca2+ channel antibody was confirmed in human embryonic kidney (HEK) cell expression system and in CaV3.2 knock out (KO) mice. ► Immunostaining shows the expression of CaV3.2 Ca2+ channels in a subgroup of type-3 bipolar cells. ► The immunostaining results were confirmed by patch-clamp recordings.
