چکیده انگلیسی
â¶We cloned lamprey neurotrophin (NT) and its two Trk receptors and assessed their expression in control animals and after spinal cord transection. â¶NT expression changes after spinal cord injury. â¶Trk receptors were expressed in several giant reticulospinal neurons, including the Mauthner neurons. â¶We detected the proliferation of reactive microglia in spinal cord after spinal cord transection. â¶Microglial cells express NT.
