Immunoassays for pyraclostrobin analysis in processed food products using novel monoclonal antibodies and QuEChERS-based extracts

► Haptens of pyraclostrobin with alternative linker positions have been evaluated. ► A set of high-affinity monoclonal antibodies to this fungicide has been generated. ► Two competitive immunoassays have been optimized in different formats. ► A QuEChERS-based method has been applied for fruit marmalade extraction. ► Quantitative results have been obtained covering the European maximum residue limits.
