Nanofluid as a coolant for electronic devices (cooling of electronic devices)

► We studied thermal conductivity of TiO2-water and SiC-water nanofluids. ► Nanofluids used as a coolant for minichannel heat sink. ► This study analyzed heat flux and pumping power of nanofluids. ► Nanofluids enhanced the thermal conductivity of water and cooling of the heat sink.
