Using double-stranded RNA for the control of Laem-Singh Virus (LSNV) in Thai P. monodon

► Specific dsRNA inhibited LSNV in shrimp by injection and oral application. ► The cumulative triple-dose dsRNA injection inhibited LSNV for, at least, 10 days. ► Feed with dsRNA-LSNV enhanced the overall growth of shrimp. ► The work suggested the potential of dsRNA for controlling viral disease in farm.
