► In this paper, CSFV multi-epitope GST-BT21 was expressed in E. coli and SPR further demonstrated the high reactivity of the multiple-epitope peptide BT21 with antibodies in serum from pigs infected with CSFV. ► We report SPR to study the interactions of recombinant multiple-epitope fusion protein with antibodies against CSFV.
