Facile synthesis of m-WO3 powders via precipitation in ethanol solution and evaluation of their photocatalytic activities

- WO3 monoclinic structure was determinate by Rietveld refinement and TEM analysis.
- m-WO3 synthesized at high temperature presented the best photocatalytic activity.
