- Sheaf-like Ga2O3 consists of nanoplates elongating in the [1 0 0] direction.
- Sheaf-like Ga2O3 possesses nanopores and specific surface area (36.1 m2/g).
- Sheaf-like Ga2O3 are highly active for PFOA, 49 times higher than P25.
- Using 185 nm UV light, sheaf-like Ga2O3 fast decomposed PFOA in wastewater.
