Influences of the adsorption state of catalyst on the performance of DS-PEC for visible light driven water splitting

Photoanodes TiO2(1 + 2) and TiO2(1 + 3) were assembled with complex 1 as the photosensitizer and complexes 2 and 3 as the water oxidation catalysts to investigate the impact of adsorption state of the catalysts on the performances of photoelectrochemical water splitting of DS-PECs.148
