Biosynthesis of glycyrrhetinic acid 3-O-mono-β-d-glucuronide by free and immobilized Aspergillus terreus β-d-glucuronidase

▶ Aspergillus terreus β-d-glucuronidase was immobilized in Ca-alginate beads and reused for the hydrolysis of GL to GAMG. ▶ The properties of the free and immobilized β-d-glucuronidase were compared. ▶ The thermal and pH stabilities of the β-d-glucuronidase were improved via immobilization.
