Pt/TiO2−C with hetero interfaces as enhanced catalyst for methanol electrooxidation

- The TiO2-C hybrid material was prepared by carbonization of the mixed precursor containing TiO2 and urea.
- The Pt-TiO2-C hetero interfaces can be achieved on the TiO2-C substrate.
- The Pt/TiO2-C catalyst exhibited improved catalytic activity and stability toward methanol electrooxidation.
