Antipsychotic binding to the dopamine-3 receptor in humans: A PET study with [11C]-(+)-PHNO

Our preliminary results provide further support that acute doses of antipsychotic medications bind to the D3R and provide additional support for the further development of this receptor as a treatment target in schizophrenia.
