Structure and photovoltaic properties of Ag/p-CuPc/a-Si/c-Si/Ag organic-inorganic hybrid heterojunction fabricated by chemical spray pyrolysis technique

► The first report on the growth and characterization of p-CuPc films via chemical spray technique. ► We report a new organic-inorganic (p-CuPc/a-Si/c-Si) hybrid heterojunction. ► We investigate the electrical properties of p-CuPc/a-Si/c-Si hybrid heterojunctions. ► The effect of amorphous Si on the electrical properties of this heterojunction has been determined. ► We determine the photovoltaic properties of the hybrid heterojunction for photovoltaic devices.
