Supramolecular chirality of cysteine modified silver nanoparticles

▶ ECD signal of AgNPs-cysteine depends on cysteine concentration, pH, and time. ▶ ECD bands in SPR region of AgNPs are independent on cysteine chirality. ▶ The presence of a primary amine group in the molecule is necessary to obtain ECD signal.
