در این مقاله یک مدل جدید برای مسئله محل سکونت شارژ خودروهای الکتریکی پلاگین پیشنهاد شده است. با هدف کاهش هزینه کل، مدل پیشنهادی به طور همزمان مشکل چگونگی قرار دادن موقعیت شارژ و چند شارژر در هر شارژر را دارد. علاوه بر این، مدل در حال گسترش است تا مورد کلیتر را در نظر بگیرد. یک روش مبتنی بر الگوریتم ژنتیکی برای حل مدل گسترش یافته پیشنهاد شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که یک طرح موقعیت مکانی بهتر می تواند با استفاده از مدل گسترش یافته بدست آید.

A novel model for the charging station location problem of plug-in electric vehicles is proposed in this paper. With the objective of minimizing the total cost, the proposed model simultaneously handles the problem of where to locate the charging stations and how many chargers should be established in each charging station. Furthermore, the model is expanded to consider a more general case. A genetic algorithm-based method is proposed for solving the expanded model. The results show that a better location scheme can be obtained using the expanded model.
