Appliquer à l'art médical la doctrine des « Droits de l'homme » : du malade patient au patient co-acteur

There is a need for an ethical reflexion to favor the interdependence between carers and persons being cared. It is an essential prerequisite to respect the spirit of care. But there is a difficulty about this historical moment of care. So it's time to let closed morality to go towards an open morality. This debate is acute in particular for the vulnerable people not always able to consent to a precise act but who do not lack any autonomous will. Increasing patients' autonomy brings further tasks for carers. It's specially the case in psychiatry: if the goals in public health and social order are clearly laid down within the field of the mental health, the issue about the freedom of choice of the mentally ill person remains quite topical.
