Les directives anticipées : un analyseur privilégié d'un rapport social inédit à la mort

The article aims at questioning the health care directives from the point of view of their social, cultural and historic fundations. In other words, it is a question here of considering the health care directives as a privileged analyzer allowing to seize our current relationship in the death. This one shows itself indeed inseparable of a historic process of deritualisation of the death going hand in hand with social thorough dynamics as the individualization of the existence and the subjectivation of its own finiteness. So, the health care directives do not take sense in a social context authorizing each to be the author of his life and, by extension, its death.
