Qualitative Prediction of Yeast Growth Process Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

The yeast cultural media is mainly composed of macromolecular compounds such as protein and carbohydrate, and these compounds are different at each stage of yeast growth. FT-NIR spectroscopy can capture the difference information, and with the help of chemometrics method to achieve the qualitative description of the various stages of yeast growth.
