Real-time Quantitative Monitoring of Synthesis Process of Clevidipine Butyrate Using Raman Spectroscopy

Raman spectroscopy was used as a real-time monitor for evaluating the synthesis process of clevidipine butyrate. The calibration models were built for the quantification of chloromethyl butyrate and clevidipine butyrate.
