Rational Design of Gold Nanoparticle/graphene Hybrids for Simultaneous Electrochemical Determination of Ascorbic Acid, Dopamine and Uric Acid

The AuNPs (17, 28 and 46 nm)/PDDA/GNS hybrids were prepared via the electrostatic interaction between the citrate-protected AuNPs and PDDA/GNS, which could determine simultaneously ascorbic acid, dopamine, as well as uric acid. Moreover, the proposed sensor was applied for the determination of UA in real human urine sample.
