Physicochemical and crystal structure analysis of pranlukast pseudo-polymorphs I: Anhydrates and hydrate

- Pranlukast (PRS) anhydrate (AH) was obtained for the first time.
- The crystal structures of PRS hemihydrate (HH) and AH were determined for the first time.
- PRS AH converted to HH under ambient humidity conditions.
- Similar molecular structures were found in PRS HH and AH.
