High-throughput determination of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in human plasma by HILIC-MS/MS

- A HILIC-MS/MS method was developed for analysis of thirteen NSAIDs.
- Only 20 μL plasma was required in the assay.
- The present study provided short analysis time and high sensitivity with low LLOQs.
- This method can be applied to clinical and toxicological analyses.
