Bioéthique et cellules souches

While we await the report of inventory of research on stem cells by OPECST (Parliamentary Office for Evaluation of Scientific and Technical Choices) scheduled by the bioethics law of 2004, it is appropriate for the legislature to establish a medical and legal report on stem cells and consider the various recommendations and issues for discussion during the imminent revision of the bioethics laws.
