Validated liquid chromatographic-fluorescence method for the quantitation of darifenacin in mice plasma and its application to a pharmacokinetic study

A highly selective and sensitive HPLC-Fl method was developed for darifenacin. Darifenacin is a potent oral inhibitor of multiple tyrosine kinases. A validated method is described for the assay darifenacin in mouse plasma. The assay method has been applied successfully in a pharmacokinetic study.
