Green synthesized nickel nanoparticles modified electrode in ionic liquid medium and its application towards determination of biomolecules

► PCFNiNP modified electrode was fabricated using EMIMES as a green electrolyte. ► Electrode was characterized with FTIR, Raman, XPS, FESEM, EDS, EIS, CV and EIS. ► Excellent electrocatalytic activity was achieved for the oxidation of biomolecules. ► Amperometric response of these biomolecules justifies its commercial viability.
