Disposable immunosensors for C-reactive protein based on carbon nanotubes field effect transistors

► Fabrication and application of disposable immunosensors to C-reactive protein. ► The immunosensors have a field effect transistor configuration and SWCNT networks. ► The observed linear dynamic range (10−4-102 μg/mL) covers residual and critical levels of blood serum CRP. ► The estimated LOD (10−4 μg/mL) is 3-fold lower than that of ELISA for blood serum.
