Immunochemical approach for zearalenone-4-glucoside determination

► We develop the immunochemical approach for zearalenone-4-glucoside (Z4G) detection. ► We use the enzymatic and acidic cleavage of Z4G to zearalenone (ZEN). ► ELISA for Z4G determination was developed and applied for real samples analysis. ► Z4G was counted as a difference between ZEN content after and before cleavage. ► Non-instrumental test was applied for determination of the sum of ZEN and Z4G.
