Quantification of terbinafine in pharmaceutical tablets using capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection and batch injection analysis with amperometric detection

► Two electrochemical methods are proposed for quantifying terbinafine hydrochloride. ► Time required for electrophoresis analysis is shorter than 1 min for each analysis. ► In amperometry-BIA analysis, terbinafine is oxidized with high throughput. ► Simultaneous conductometric and potentiometric titrations are also used in this study. ► Low concentrations of terbinafine can be determined by methods proposed.
