Highly sensitive hydrazine chemical sensor fabricated by modified electrode of vertically aligned zinc oxide nanorods

► Modified electrode of vertically aligned ZnO NRs on FTO glass is prepared by hydrothermal process . ► The modified electrode is utilized for fabricating the highly sensitive hydrazine chemical sensor. ► A reasonable detection limit of ∼515.7 μM with correlation coefficient of ∼0.73297 is observed. ► Sensor shows a very high sensitivity of ∼4.42446×10-5 A.mM−1.cm−2.
