چکیده انگلیسی
► A new extraction procedure is proposed for the determination of Cr and Mn in edible oils. ► The extraction is based on the breaking of water-in-oil emulsions. ► Triton X-114 and nitric acid were used as emulsifier and extractant, respectively. ► The method allowed the preconcentration of the analytes before the measurements. ► Minimum sample handling was required to complete the analytical procedure.
