Simultaneous laser-induced fluorescence, coaxial thermal lens spectroscopy and retro-reflected beam interference detection for capillary electrophoresis

► We realize concurrent fluorescence, thermal lens and interference detection for CE. ► Beam interference signals were theoretically calculated to ensure its reliability. ► The lens focus in the detection scheme has been optimized. ► The reported strategy achieved a sensitive and universal detection for CE.
