A hybrid supercapacitor, in which a hierarchical flower-like NiAl layered double hydroxide (LDH) directly grown on 3D macro-porous nickel foam (NF) which was further coated with 2D graphene (GNS) layers was served as binder-free positive electrode and GNS-NF as the negative electrode, was prepared and the performance was evaluated. The positive and negative effects of GNS on the electrochemical performance of LDH-NF electrode were investigated in detail.175
