Synthesis, characterization and catalytic behavior in the Suzuki reaction of Schiff base and its complexes and the optical properties of nickel complex used in the fabrication of a photodiode

The thio Schiff base ligand and metal complexes were synthesized and characterized with spectral techniques. The efficiency of thio Schiff base ligand on Suzuki reactions was determined. The optical properties of novel Ni(II) complex were investigated in the fabrication of a photodiode application. The effect of light on current-voltage measurements of the structure was examined using a solar simulator.
