Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel mansonone E derivatives prepared via CuAAC click chemistry as topoisomerase II inhibitors

Two series of mansonone E derivates 9-Cl and 9-Br were synthesized through introducing triazoles at position 3 through a CuAAC click chemistry approach, their cytotoxicities and topoisomerases inhibition were evaluated.
