Tetranuclear cluster-based Pb(II)-MOF: Synthesis, crystal structure and luminescence sensing for CS2

Presented here is a new tetranuclear cluster-based Pb(II) compound, namely [Pb2(bptc)(DMA)]n (1, H4bptc = biphenyl-3,3′,5,5′-tetracarboxylic acid), which features a (4,8)-connected scu-type topological framework and can be used as luminescence probing for detection of CS2 at a low concentration.493
